Your soccer organization is sitting on tens of thousands in unsold sponsorship revenue.

We uncover your available inventory, price it, and create everything you need to sell it. Then, we help you keep your sponsors and renew them.

I want sponsors
01Work

The sponsorship department your soccer organization never had.

Sam Rahim

I'm Sam Rahim. I've played soccer my entire life. I was the first employee at Street FC, where we grew to millions in revenue and closed partnerships with global + local sponsors, including Nike, Adidas, EA Sports, Red Bull, ON Running, Bundesliga + more.

Working on those deals taught me exactly what sponsors need to see before they say yes.

02What we do

We help you get sponsors, keep them, and renew them.

That department does three things.

Get
You have more to sell than you think.

We find it, price it, and package it. Then we build everything a sponsor needs to say yes: your deck, your site, your target list.

Keep
Most sponsors leave quietly.

We build the report that shows them what they got. Sponsors who see what they got stay.

Renew
Year two should cost more than year one.

Renewals are sales too. We run them, and we add new sponsors on top.

03The gap

Most organizations can name five or six sellable assets.

Tap everything you actually have.

Naming rights
On-site
Experiences
Moments
Gear
Content
Digital

Every one of these gets sold, every season. Count what’s yours.

This is the list most organizations share. Yours will have things on it that aren’t here, and those are usually the ones worth the most.

Sponsors want
what you have.

04Who it's for

For youth and adult organizations of every size.

No two organizations sell the same way. Your kit is built around what you run.

Tournaments
Thousands of teams and families in town for a weekend.
What you can sell+
Official hotel partner. Your room blocks are leverage: hotels pay to be where the teams stay.
Finals day title. One sponsor owns the biggest moment of the weekend: the trophies, the medals, the champions photo.
Check-in and welcome bags. Every team passes one table: sampling a sponsor can't buy anywhere else.
Skills challenges and fan zones. The sponsor becomes the fun part of the day, not a banner on the fence.

For one weekend, thousands of families eat, sleep, and shop in your town. The businesses that serve them will pay to be chosen first.

Clubs
Hundreds of families and fans, every single week.
What you can sell+
Jersey sponsorship. Their logo on every jersey, every game, all season: the classic for a reason.
Category exclusivity. One orthodontist, one realtor, one physical therapist: being the only one is what they pay for.
Registration season. The weeks every family is paying attention: confirmation emails, tryout day, photo day.
Showcases and field days. The one day a sponsor can meet every family in person.

A club with a few hundred families is one of the biggest organized audiences in the county. Local businesses know it. Nobody has offered it to them properly.

Leagues
Season-long reach across your whole city.
What you can sell+
League naming rights. Their name on every schedule, standing, and recap, all season long.
Division sponsorships. Smaller price, several available: an easy first yes for local businesses.
Playoffs and champions night. The weekend everyone shows up for, packaged and sold on its own.
The weekly email. Standings and schedules get opened every single week. That is ad space.

Leagues put the same players and fans in front of sponsors every week for months. That repetition is exactly what regional sponsors pay a premium for.

Facilities
Every surface and every event, all year.
What you can sell+
Naming rights. The building, the fields, the courts: multi-year deals that anchor everything else.
Signage sold per surface. Walls, fields, scoreboards: annual contracts, renewed like leases.
Programming partners. League nights, camps, and clinics a sponsor can own outright.
Every event you host. Other people's tournaments on your property are your inventory too.

A facility sells 52 weeks a year. Once a sponsor is on your walls, they renew year after year.

05Price & plan

Two ways to work with me.

You sell it
The Set Piece kit
$5,000fixed, flat
Invest once. Sell forever.
No retainer. No hourly. One well-priced sponsorship can cover it.
Your inventory, found and priced
Your packages, built the way sponsors buy
Your deck and live sponsor site
Your target list and outreach plan
After your first season
The season report and the content recaps that show every sponsor what they got, in something they can post themselves. That is what renewals get signed on. Priced on the call.
I sell it
Full representation
Retainer + commission
You get the kit. Then I pitch, negotiate, and close, as your one seller.
Everything in the kit, included
I sell it myself, start to close
Exclusive commercial rights, 12 months
Renewals included
What it costsThe retainer and the commission get set on the call, once I know what you run.

Some organizations don't fit either of these. If yours doesn't, say so on the call and I'll tell you what would.

How the kit gets built
1
One working session.

You bring your numbers: registrations, reach, calendar. That's the only real time this asks of you.

2
I build the kit.

I map your inventory, price every asset, build the packages, and design your deck and microsite. You keep running your organization.

3
You own the kit.

We walk through everything: the finished kit, your live microsite, your target list. Then you sell it yourself, or I do.

06Client work

Every kit is built new, around what the organization runs.

07Fair questions
Q.1Couldn't we build this ourselves?+

You could. Templates are everywhere, and plenty of organizations use them. The difference is valuation and craft: knowing what each asset is actually worth against real media rates, and producing materials at the level a national sponsor expects. That's the part that takes years to learn, and it's the part that changes the number on the deal.

Q.2We're a smaller organization. Is this still for us?+

If a few hundred families or teams show up for what you run, you have inventory worth pricing. The kit scales with you: fewer assets, simpler packages, the same real prices.

Q.3Do you guarantee we'll land sponsors?+

No, and be cautious of anyone who does. What I guarantee is the work: a kit with honest prices and materials that give sponsors a real reason to say yes. If you want the selling handled too, I do that on retainer plus commission.

Q.4What happens after we get sponsors?+

Two things, if you want them. Each season, we build the report that shows your sponsors what they got, so they renew. And when you're ready to grow, I sell for you on retainer plus commission. Both start with the kit.

Q.5Where do you work?+

I work from Orlando, with organizations anywhere in the country. The kit is built from your numbers over calls and delivered online, so where you are doesn't change what you get. If you're in Central Florida, we can also meet in person.

Q.6What do you need from us?+

One working session and your numbers: registration counts, email list size, social reach, event calendar, and any past sponsorship history. Most organizations have this in a spreadsheet already. The build is on me.

Q.7What happens on the call?+

Fifteen minutes. You tell me about what you run and what you're using today, and we figure out together whether the kit makes sense for you. If it doesn't, I'll say so.

08Book the call

Let’s build your sponsorship department.

It starts with a free fifteen-minute call. You’ll leave knowing what to charge sponsors, whether we end up working together or not.

Fall sponsorships get sold in August and September. If you run autumn events, the window is now.

What do you run?
